Situada en el pueblo de Arudy, a 25 km de Pau, la reserva natural de Arudy es el punto de partida ideal para su estancia en el valle de Ossau. El espacio natural de Arudy está situado a orillas del Gave d'Ossau, justo al lado de la piscina de Arudy y del centro del pueblo. Aparcamiento gratuito, limitado a 7 días, sin vigilancia ni recepción. Es necesario rellenar un formulario de declaración de presencia y entregarlo en el ayuntamiento de Arudy (documento disponible en la alcaldía y en la recepción de la oficina de turismo de Arudy).
Los aseos y duchas de la piscina son gratuitos y de autoservicio, disponibles cuando la piscina municipal está abierta.
