Situado en pleno centro de Le Chesne, el restaurante Maison Bertrand está abierto todo el año. Panadería-pastelería durante muchos años, la Maison Bertrand ofrece ahora nuevos servicios: salón de té, snack bar, restaurante (menú y a la carta), etc. Con una capacidad de 34 cubiertos en el comedor, el restaurante está abierto todo el año: al mediodía de lunes a domingo y por la noche los sábados. Abierto los viernes por la noche, si el tiempo lo permite (noches temáticas un viernes al mes: mejillones con patatas fritas, cuscús, paella, etc.). Comedor climatizado y terraza disponibles en temporada. El jefe de cocina del restaurante, Dimitri Lherbier, propone una carta variada y sabrosa. A saber: la sala del restaurante (34 personas / acceso PMR) puede alquilarse para sus reuniones / seminarios / recepciones.
