Ferdinand le da la bienvenida a una vasta finca en el corazón del macizo de Monédières.
Esta casa de 1925, totalmente restaurada, dispone de dos amplias habitaciones, cada una con dos estancias.
Cada uno tiene su propio cuarto de ducha y salón. El dormitorio rojo también dispone de cocina americana. Cafetera y hervidor de agua disponibles en cada habitación.
Alrededor de la casa se puede pasear por el parque o por los senderos de los alrededores.
Entre los lugares de interés cercanos se encuentran el pueblo abandonado de Clédat y la ciudad de Treignac, galardonada con la etiqueta Petite Cité de Caractères®.
