A sólo 25 minutos al sur de Limoges y 45 minutos al norte de Brive, esta gran casa familiar, completamente restaurada en 2022, da a una pequeña aldea donde se encuentra una granja. Muy confortable, se abre unos pasos a un césped privado totalmente cerrado. La piscina privada climatizada (8x4 m) está abierta del 15 de abril al 15 de octubre y se puede cubrir con un toldo. La aldea está atravesada por un sendero y la región de Briance Sud Haute-Vienne cuenta con una treintena de senderos señalizados. A unos kilómetros: museo y jardines Cécile Sabourdy, Maison du Père Castor, pequeño sitio patrimonial y arqueológico.
