25 Minuten südlich von Limoges und 45 Minuten nördlich von Brive liegt das große Familienhaus, das im Jahr 2022 vollständig restauriert wurde und einem kleinen Weiler mit einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb den Rücken kehrt. Es ist sehr komfortabel und führt über einige Stufen auf einen privaten, vollständig umzäunten Rasen. Der private, beheizte Pool (8x4 m) ist vom 15. April bis zum 15. Oktober zugänglich und kann durch eine Überdachung abgedeckt werden. Ein Wanderweg führt durch den Weiler, es gibt etwa 30 markierte Wanderwege in der Region Briance Sud Haute-Vienne. Einige Kilometer entfernt: Museum und Gärten von Cécile Sabourdy, Maison du Père Castor, kleines Kulturerbe und archäologische Stätte.
