El priorato de Saint-Victor de Bray fue construido según los deseos de Guy V Le Bouteiller quien, por testamento en 1249, donó los terrenos para construir una abadía dependiente de la de Saint-Victor de París. Está compuesto por vastos edificios agrícolas con bodegas, un palomar y una capilla gótica erigida en 1259. En 1791 se vendió como propiedad nacional y se alquiló a agricultores. Entre 1926 y 1943, los edificios y parte de las bodegas fueron declarados monumentos históricos. Desde 1998, los actuales propietarios rehabilitan el lugar y restauran los edificios y la capilla.
