Le prieuré Saint-Victor de Bray construit selon la volonté de Guy V Le Bouteiller qui, par testament en 1249, fit don de cette terre pour construire une abbaye dépendante de celle de Saint-Victor de Paris, est composé de vastes corps de ferme sur caves, un colombier et une chapelle gothique érigée en 1259. En 1791 il est vendu comme bien national et loué à des fermiers. Entre 1926 et 1943 les bâtiments et une partie des caves sont classés au titre des monuments historiques. À partir de 1998, les actuels propriétaires réhabilitent le lieu et restaurent les bâtiments et la chapelle.
