Nacido en Bayona y Briscous, Pascal Moustirats, aprendiz de pastelero en la casa Heynard, cerca de la catedral de Bayona, "subió" a París para formarse en la Maison du Chocolat de Robert Linxe. Este fue el comienzo de una maravillosa carrera que continuó con Pierre Hermé, Ladurée, y luego Jacques Genin, haciendo chocolates para hoteles y restaurantes con estrellas, en particular Alain Ducasse, el Carré des Feuillants de Alain Dutournier, el Crillon y la Tour d'Argent.
De vuelta al País Vasco tras diez años en París, Chocolat Pascal se creó en 2008. El chocolatero nos ofrece todo tipo de bombones para crujir, tabletas de chocolate elaboradas con mezclas de grandes añadas o añadas puras, así como una gama de bombones, ganaches y pralinés de chocolate, premiados en el Salon du Chocolat de París en 2015.
