Piso de 28 m² situado en la planta baja de la casa del propietario en el pequeño pueblo de Itxassou. La cocina es independiente con horno, microondas y televisión. El dormitorio está equipado con una cama doble. El cuarto de baño tiene ducha y los aseos son independientes. Para su comodidad, el propietario pone a su disposición un acceso a Internet.
Exterior: jardín compartido, aparcamiento y terraza.
Itxassou está situada en un valle verde, a 25 km de Biarritz y Bayona, y está atravesada por las turbulentas aguas del Nive. Itxassou vive al ritmo de la cereza, que ha tomado como emblema y a la que honra cada primer domingo de junio.
