Apartment of 28 m² located on the ground floor of the owner's house in the small village of Itxassou. The kitchen is independent with oven, microwave and television. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 cm). Bathroom with shower, toilets are independent. For your comfort, the owner puts at your disposal an internet access.
Outside: Common garden, parking and terrace.
Leaning against the mountains and located 25 km from Biarritz and Bayonne Itxassou, is installed in a green valley crossed by the tumultuous waters of the Nive river. Itxassou lives to the rhythm of the cherry, which it has taken as its emblem and which it honours every first Sunday in June.
