Creada en 1985, SAS Les Champignons de Cussangy ofrece una amplia gama de setas: Paris, Pleurotes y Shii-takés (lentejas de roble).
Especialidades: fondue de setas con Chaource, salsa chaourçoise, fricasé a la cerveza, setas ostra cocidas..
También encontrará un punto de venta de productos gastronómicos: productos locales, regalos, cestas gourmet, etc
Tienda abierta de martes a viernes de 15:00 a 18:00 h,
Sábados de 10.00 a 12.00 y de 14.00 a 17.00 h.
Cerrado los domingos, lunes y días festivos.
Los horarios se amplían en diciembre para coincidir con las fiestas.
En diciembre: de lunes a sábado, de 10.00 a 12.00 h. y de 14.00 a 18.00 h. Domingo: de 10.00 a 12.00 h. y de 15.00 a 17.00 h.
