Die 1985 gegründete SAS Les Champignons de Cussangy bietet eine große Auswahl an Champignons, Austernpilzen und Shiitake-Pilzen. Zu den Spezialitäten zählen Pilzfondue mit Chaource-Käse, Chaource-Sauce, in Bier geschmorte Champignons und gekochte Austernpilze. Außerdem finden Sie hier eine Auswahl an Feinkostprodukten: regionale Spezialitäten, Geschenkartikel und Geschenkkörbe. Das Geschäft ist von Dienstag bis Freitag von 15:00 bis 18:00 Uhr und samstags von 10:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und von 14:00 bis 17:00 Uhr geöffnet. Sonntags, montags und an Feiertagen ist geschlossen. Im Dezember gelten verlängerte Öffnungszeiten: Montag bis Samstag von 10:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und von 14:00 bis 18:00 Uhr, Sonntag von 10:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und von 15:00 bis 17:00 Uhr.
