Le Versailles, 90 años de calidad
Nos habría encantado probarlo hace 90 años para comprobar la calidad del establecimiento a lo largo de los años, pero confiaremos en su longevidad. Así que 90 años después, fuimos a (re)probar el restaurante Le Versailles, Place d'Aine en Limoges.
El espíritu de la brasserie parisina está muy presente, y el ambiente cálido, combinado con la calidad del servicio y de los productos, dan ganas de volver una y otra vez. Al mediodía, tomamos el menú básico, lleno de descubrimientos culinarios. Estamos impacientes por volver y probar los platos más elaborados y gastronómicos del restaurante.
Le Versailles es una brasserie a la antigua donde los códigos del restaurante ponen de relieve la gastronomía y, más concretamente, la carne de Lemosín.
