Le Versailles, 90 jaar kwaliteit
We hadden het graag 90 jaar geleden getest om de kwaliteit van het etablissement door de jaren heen te bewijzen, maar we vertrouwen op de lange levensduur. Dus 90 jaar later gingen we restaurant Le Versailles, Place d'Aine in Limoges (opnieuw) testen.
De Parijse brasseriegeest is hier duidelijk aanwezig en de warme sfeer in combinatie met de kwaliteit van de service en de producten zorgen ervoor dat je steeds weer terug wilt komen. Tijdens de lunch namen we het basismenu, dat vol zat met culinaire ontdekkingen. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen en de meer uitgebreide en gastronomische gerechten van het restaurant te proeven.
Le Versailles is een ouderwetse brasserie waar de restaurantcodes de gastronomie en meer bepaald het vlees van de Limousin in de kijker zetten.
