Tras cruzar el Gave (nombre que reciben los ríos de los Pirineos) por la Saison, se entra en el País Vasco por Osserain-Rivareyte, dejando atrás el Béarn. La Maison Souroste, abierta únicamente a los peregrinos, ofrece habitaciones a los senderistas y ciclistas que se dirigen a Compostela por la ruta de Vézelay (GR 654).
Las habitaciones se encuentran en una casa de carácter con un hermoso jardín arbolado. El propietario dispone de un garaje para bicicletas y carruajes.
