Dopo aver attraversato il Gave (nome dato ai fiumi dei Pirenei) sulla Saison, si entra nei Paesi Baschi a Osserain-Rivareyte, lasciandosi alle spalle il Béarn. La Maison Souroste, aperta solo ai pellegrini, offre camere per gli escursionisti e i ciclisti diretti a Compostela sul percorso Vézelay (GR 654).
Le camere si trovano in una casa di carattere con un bel giardino alberato. Il proprietario dispone di un garage per biciclette e carrozze.
