En el Quai Baluze, a dos pasos del barrio de la catedral, una vaca de tamaño natural llama a los transeúntes. Indica la ubicación de una carnicería, ¡pero eso no es todo! En el primer piso de esta tienda, especializada en carne de vacuno de Limousin, hay un pequeño restaurante, un auténtico capullo para los epicúreos amantes de la buena mesa. La carta presenta los mejores cortes de carne, que podrá elegir usted mismo bajo la experta dirección del carnicero.
Especialidades: el trío (ternera-beef-cordero) y la hamburguesa con foie gras. Guarnición a elegir: verduras o patatas fritas caseras. Menú de 8? a 18? + 4? de postre casero. Capacidad: 16 personas. Abierto sólo para el almuerzo. Millassou los martes y viernes al mediodía, farcidures los miércoles al mediodía y los sábados por encargo.
