El “Auberge Claverie” se sitúa en la plaza principal del bonito pueblo de Audaux,
cerca de la iglesia de Saint-Vincent, del castillo de Gassion y del lavadero
restaurado.
Esta posada familiar, dirigida hoy por la tercera generación, ofrece una excelente
cocina, tanto regional como gourmet, basada en productos locales y evolucionando con las estaciones. Entre las especialidades, encontramos la garbure (potaje tradicional), el foie gras, el confitado, el salmón con vino jurançon... y el plato de la zona compuesto por productos locales.
