Después de muchos años deleitándole en la posada de la granja Feuillade, Sandrine Facci se ha hecho cargo de la Table des Sens de Lougratte para hacerle redescubrir los sabores tradicionales de los platos de nuestras abuelas. Todo se cocina en el propio establecimiento con productos frescos de temporada. No hay nada superfluo, sólo sabor para deleitar sus papilas gustativas.
