La cuisine au pluriel es una asociación que ha creado una actividad económica de apoyo -la restauración- para favorecer la integración de personas alejadas del empleo, con un chef asalariado y un equipo formado por empleados, voluntarios y becarios.
La comida es casera, con productos locales y ecológicos. Todas las semanas se ofrece un menú vegetariano.
Los clientes pueden traer sus propios envases de comida para llevar.
el restaurante recicla todos sus residuos y reutiliza todo el material posible.
