El Jardín Botánico se puede explorar de forma divertida e innovadora a través de una aplicación para visitantes, que combina juegos, vídeos y realidad aumentada, con 4 rutas diferentes (para adultos y niños). Puede descargarla gratuitamente en su smartphone o alquilarla en la recepción del jardín.
El acceso al parque es gratuito, pero la entrada a los invernaderos tropicales es de pago.
