Apasionado de la cocina y con verdadero placer por compartir la buena comida, quise crear mi propio food-truck para cocinar cosas buenas.
Mi objetivo es estar en estrecho contacto con nuestros clientes elaborando buenas recetas caseras, hechas con productos frescos y locales de temporada.

Carne de vacuno ecológica suministrada por nuestro productor/carnicero de Prigonrieux.
Siempre que es posible, nuestros quesos son IGP, AOC o AOP
Cervezas locales y artesanales
Todas nuestras salsas son realmente caseras.
También estamos disponibles para todos sus eventos privados (cumpleaños, comida familiar, noche de amigos, día de la boda ... ) o públicos (festival, concierto, mercado gourmet ... )
Catering es posible en el sitio cuando hace buen tiempo.
