Damos prioridad al pescado del Atlántico francés y nororiental, capturado con caña y por pescadores artesanales.
Ofrecemos pescados enteros y filetes de temporada, productos delicatessen (terrinas, salmón ahumado, ensaladas de marisco, etc.), marisco (ostras, mejillones, vieiras, etc.) y todo tipo de crustáceos (gambas Label Rouge Madagascar, langostinos crudos, gambas grises, etc.).
Para los meses de verano, preparamos brochetas a la barbacoa y bandejas de marisco por encargo
