Privilegiamo il pesce francese e dell'Atlantico nord-orientale, pescato con la lenza e da piccoli pescatori.
Proponiamo pesci interi e filetti di stagione, prodotti di gastronomia (terrine, salmone affumicato, insalate di mare...), crostacei (ostriche, cozze, capesante...) e tutti i tipi di molluschi (gamberi Label Rouge Madagascar, gamberoni crudi, gamberi grigi...).
Prepariamo spiedini alla brace per i mesi estivi e piatti di pesce su ordinazione!

Il nostro camioncino è presente tutte le mattine ai seguenti mercati:
giovedì ad Ancy-le-Franc
venerdì a Aignay-le-Duc
sabato a Châtillon-sur-Seine
domenica a Semur-en-Auxois
