El edificio original de pasajeros está en uso desde mediados del siglo XIX.
Este edificio de una sola planta con frontón central corresponde a la disposición típica de los Caminos de Hierro del Norte, pero sin alas laterales de varios pisos. La fachada, que se mantiene casi en su estado original, está decorada con numerosos ornamentos . La antigua torre de agua, cuya parte superior fue destruida, todavía se encuentra en el lugar.
