Medmenham () es una aldea y parroquia civil en el distrito de Wycombe en Buckinghamshire, Inglaterra. Se encuentra en el río Támesis, a unas 3 1⁄2 millas al suroeste de Marlow y a 3 millas al este de Henley-on-Thames. La parroquia también incluye Danesfield, una urbanización para predominantemente oficiales de la RAF, aunque también viven allí familias de otros rangos de la RAF, la Royal Navy y el Ejército Británico.
El topónimo se deriva del inglés antiguo para "granja de tamaño mediano". Una explicación alternativa del nombre proviene del líder sajón Meda, cuyos seguidores eran conocidos como Medings, de ahí Medin'ham, Medham o Medmenham. Se registró en el Domesday Book de 1086 como Medmeham.
