El castillo de Okehampton es un castillo medieval de motte y bailey en Devon, Inglaterra. Fue construido entre 1068 y 1086 por Baldwin FitzGilbert tras una revuelta en Devon contra el dominio normando, y formó el centro del Honor de Okehampton, protegiendo un punto de cruce a través del río West Okement. Continuó en uso como fortificación hasta finales del siglo XIII, cuando sus propietarios, los de Courtenay, se convirtieron en los Condes de Devon. Con su nueva riqueza, redecoraron el castillo como una lujosa casa de caza, construyendo un nuevo parque para ciervos que se extendía hacia el sur desde el castillo, y construyendo alojamientos de moda que aprovechaban las vistas del paisaje. Los de Courtenay prosperaron y el castillo fue ampliado aún más para acomodar a su creciente hogar.
