Beaulieu (BEW-lee) es una pequeña aldea ubicada en el borde sureste del parque nacional New Forest en Hampshire, Inglaterra, y hogar tanto de Palace House como del Museo Nacional del Motor Británico.
El nombre Beaulieu proviene etimológicamente del francés beau lieu, que significa "lugar hermoso". Se deriva de la Abadía de Beaulieu, que estuvo poblada por 30 monjes enviados desde la abadía de Cîteaux en Francia, la casa madre de la orden cisterciense. El nombre latino medieval del monasterio era Bellus Locus Regis o monasterium Belli loci Regis.
