La estación de Uxbridge Vine Street se inauguró el 8 de septiembre de 1856 como Estación de Uxbridge y fue la más antigua de las tres estaciones de tren en Uxbridge, Londres.
Cuando se abrió, era el terminal norte de la rama de Uxbridge del Great Western Railway desde la línea principal en West Drayton. Al sur del centro de Uxbridge, la línea corría cerca de Whitehall Road y Cleveland Road.
