El Castillo de Taunton es un castillo construido para defender la ciudad de Taunton, Somerset, Inglaterra. Tiene orígenes en el período anglosajón y fue más tarde el sitio de un priorato. Los normandos luego construyeron un castillo de estructura de piedra, que pertenecía a los obispos de Winchester. Los actuales edificios, que han sido fuertemente reconstruidos, son el patio interior, que ahora alberga el Museo de Somerset y el Museo Militar de Somerset. El edificio fue designado como un edificio catalogado de grado I en 1952.
