El estuario de Tamar-Tavy es un Sitio de Interés Científico Especial que cubre los estuarios fluviales del río Tamar y el río Tavy en la frontera entre Cornwall y Devon en Inglaterra, Reino Unido. Parte del estuario de Tamar también forma la Reserva Natural del Estuario de Tamar, propiedad de la Cornwall Wildlife Trust. El sitio fue designado en 1991 por su biodiversidad y los hábitats variados que soportan muchas especies de limícolas y aves acuáticas, así como el interés especial de su biología marina.
