El Sholarhio (pronunciado Skolarchio) en Tripodon Odos 14 no es realmente un restaurante, sino una Ouzeri. Este es un lugar donde bebes Ouzo con un aperitivo o meze a juego. Te dan un embutido tradicional con alcohol. Se supone que debes encender el alcohol para 'freír' el embutido. No es algo que se coma todos los días, pero es una experiencia sensacional que hay que probar al menos una vez.
