La iglesia cristiana primitiva de Maria Formosa en Pula, una ciudad en Croacia, fue construida en el siglo VI. La iglesia es un monumento cultural protegido. La iglesia era parte de la abadía benedictina destruida en el siglo XVI. El suelo y las paredes estaban decorados con mosaicos, cuyos restos se encuentran en el Museo Arqueológico de Istria en Pula.
