El Puente Tom Clarke, anteriormente y comúnmente conocido como el Puente de Peaje East-Link, es un puente de peaje en Dublín, Irlanda, sobre el río Liffey, propiedad y operado por el Ayuntamiento de Dublín. El puente levadizo de tipo basculante, que conecta North Wall con Ringsend, es el último puente sobre el Liffey, que se abre hacia el Puerto de Dublín y luego hacia la Bahía de Dublín un poco más allá. El puente forma parte de la carretera regional R131.
