Le pont Tom Clarke, anciennement et communément connu sous le nom de pont à péage East-Link, est un pont à péage à Dublin, en Irlande, sur la rivière Liffey, détenu et exploité par le Conseil municipal de Dublin. Le pont levant de type bascule, qui relie North Wall à Ringsend, est le dernier pont sur la Liffey, qui s'ouvre sur le port de Dublin puis sur la baie de Dublin juste au-delà. Le pont fait partie de la route régionale R131.
