El Gran Tunnel de San Bernardo, italiano: Traforo del Gran San Bernardo, alemán: Grosser-Sankt-Bernhard-Tunnel) es un túnel de carretera que complementa el Gran Paso de San Bernardo, uniendo Martigny con Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses.
Hay un peaje para usar el túnel, pagadero en su totalidad incluso para los conductores que ya exhiben en sus vehículos una etiqueta de carretera suiza. El túnel comprende una sección de la ruta E27 que une Belfort con Aosta.
