En 1430 ya existía aquí la iglesia de San Nicolò. En 1558 se derribó la antigua iglesia para construir la actual. Desacralizada desde mediados del siglo pasado, la iglesia alberga hoy la oficina de la URP (Oficina de Relaciones Públicas) y la oficina de turismo del municipio.
Un bello ejemplo de la arquitectura del Renacimiento temprano, este edificio incluye la iglesia y una casa particular con dos balcones y una terraza en el segundo piso.
