La estación de Tilburg es la estación central de trenes y autobuses de Tilburg. La estación de tren fue diseñada por el arquitecto ferroviario Koen van der Gaast en un estilo de reconstrucción modernista. Contiene una estructura de techo de madera de escalas hípicas. El edificio de la estación fue completado en 1965. Al igual que el centro de la ciudad alrededor de Heuvel, se encuentra bastante al este de la ciudad, mientras que la pequeña estación de Tilburg Universidad ha quedado situada bastante en el centro debido a las expansiones urbanas. Más al oeste se encuentra Tilburg Reeshof; las tres estaciones están en la línea Breda – Tilburg – Eindhoven; a través de una ramificación en Berkel-Enschot también se puede llegar directamente a 's-Hertogenbosch.
