La gare de Tilburg est la gare centrale de train et de bus de Tilburg. La gare a été conçue par l'architecte ferroviaire Koen van der Gaast dans le style moderniste de la reconstruction. Elle contient une structure de toit en bois de hypparschalen. Le bâtiment de la gare a été achevé en 1965. Tout comme le centre-ville autour de la Heuvel, il est situé loin à l'est de la ville, tandis que la petite gare Tilburg Universiteit est devenue relativement centrale en raison des extensions urbaines. À l'ouest se trouve Tilburg Reeshof ; les trois gares se situent sur la ligne Breda – Tilburg – Eindhoven ; grâce à un embranchement à Berkel-Enschot, 's-Hertogenbosch est également accessible directement.
