TOP ''t Peeske
En diferentes localidades en el Achterhoek se han establecido Puntos de Transferencia Turística (TOP). Desde estos puntos, se puede cambiar fácilmente a diferentes rutas de bicicleta y senderismo desde el coche, autobús o tren. Cada punto de transferencia ofrece diferentes posibilidades. En un punto también hay rutas para mountainbike, en otro punto hay un camino para canoas, el siguiente es el punto de partida para rutas de patinaje, y otro combina estos elementos. Los puntos de transferencia se pueden reconocer por una columna de diseño especial, un cartel informativo (ver foto) y hay áreas de descanso. En las carreteras principales del Achterhoek se han colocado señales claras que conducen a los puntos de transferencia. En todas las localidades hay amplia disponibilidad de aparcamiento y generalmente hay un establecimiento de comida y bebida en las inmediaciones.
