TOP 't Peeske
At various locations in the Achterhoek, Tourist Transfer Points (TOP) have been established. From these points, it is very easy to switch from the car, bus, or train to different cycling and walking routes. Each transfer point offers different possibilities. One point has mountain biking routes, another is located by a canoe route, the next is a starting point for inline skating routes, and another is a combination of these elements. The transfer points can be recognized by a uniquely designed column, an information board (see photo), and there are rest areas. Clear signs have been placed along the main roads in the Achterhoek that lead to the transfer points. All locations offer ample parking facilities, and there is usually a catering facility nearby.
