Velp es una aldea en el municipio de Land van Cuijk en la provincia neerlandesa de Brabante del Norte, que consta de dos partes: Oud-Velp en el norte y Nieuw-Velp en el sur. Oud-Velp se encuentra junto al Hertogswetering y cerca de las riberas del Mosa. El 1 de enero de 2021, Velp contaba con 1.535 habitantes. Velp también fue un antiguo municipio en Brabante del Norte que existió desde 1810 y tenía una superficie de 744 ha. En 1938, Velp tuvo que ceder una pequeña parte a Grave, ya que en este terreno se construyó el Cuartel General de de Bons. En 1942, este municipio se unió al municipio de Grave.
