La finca Anneville fue construida en 1851. ¿Sabías que tanto el Príncipe Bernardo como la Reina Wilhelmina se quedaron aquí alguna vez? En los últimos meses de la guerra, los alemanes requisaron Anneville y la utilizaron como panadería, especialmente alrededor de la Casa de Carrozas. Tras la liberación del sur de los Países Bajos, Anneville fue la residencia del Príncipe Bernardo hasta abril de 1945, cuando tuvo su cuartel general en Breda. Tras su partida, Anneville se convirtió en la residencia de la Reina Wilhelmina el 3 de mayo de 1945 durante aproximadamente seis semanas. Fue un lugar especial para ella porque allí le llegó la noticia de la capitulación de los alemanes en los Países Bajos.
