Polsbroek es una aldea y antigua municipalidad en el municipio de Lopik, en la provincia de Utrecht, Países Bajos. La aldea se encuentra en Lopikerwaard. Polsbroek tiene 1.270 habitantes y se sitúa a orillas del Benschopse Wetering. La aldea está compuesta por Noord-Polsbroek y Zuid-Polsbroek, que se fusionaron el 8 de septiembre de 1857 para formar el municipio de Polsbroek. Desde el 1 de enero de 1989, Polsbroek, junto con otras ocho localidades, forma parte del municipio de Lopik. Cuando se disolvió el 1 de enero de 1989, el municipio tenía una superficie de 1.127 hectáreas con 382 casas y 1.180 habitantes.
