Sint Jacobiparochie es un pueblo en el municipio de Waadhoeke en Friesland, Países Bajos. Se encuentra aproximadamente a 13 km al norte de Franeker y tenía aproximadamente 1,365 habitantes en enero de 2017. El pueblo fue mencionado por primera vez en 1570 como s. iacobus parochie, y significa "parroquia de San Jacobo". En 1504, se llegó a un acuerdo entre Jorge, Duque de Sajonia, y cuatro noblemen de Holanda para desecar el Middelzee. Cada grupo de colonos tenía que seleccionar un santo patrón. En 1505, se construyó la dike.
