Wapenveld es una aldea en la provincia neerlandesa de Gelria, situada a unos diez kilómetros al sur de Zwolle. La aldea forma parte del municipio de Heerde y tiene 6,260 habitantes. La aldea se encuentra entre el río IJssel y los bosques y campos de brezo de Veluwe. Wapenveld consta de un núcleo de viviendas y tiendas que en su mayor parte se construyeron alrededor de los años 1960. En Klapperdijk hay un gran número de tiendas. Al este hay extensos prados y campos que se extienden hasta el río IJssel. En el lado oeste de la aldea hay extensos bosques que invitan a caminar y andar en bicicleta.
