Grafhorst) es una ciudad en el municipio de Kampen, en la provincia neerlandesa de Overijssel. Grafhorst recibió derechos de ciudad en 1333, pero debido a su tamaño se le suele designar como un pueblo. Aunque la historia de la comunidad se remonta a 1333, un incendio el 5 de mayo de 1849 destruyó prácticamente toda la ciudad. Solo tres de los sesenta edificios permanecieron en pie después. Un hombre perdió la vida, ya que después de ser rescatado por los transeúntes, regresó a su casa. En 2021, contaba con aproximadamente 1.030 habitantes.
