El SC Enschede es un equipo de fútbol de los Países Bajos que juega en la Derde Klasse, la séptima división de fútbol en el país.
Fue fundado el 1 de junio de 1910 en la ciudad de Enschede y participó en la máxima categoría en la época del fútbol aficionado en Países Bajos, en donde salió campeón nacional en una ocasión en la temporada de 1925/26 y también fue campeón de la zona este del país en 5 ocasiones y también ganó dos copas locales.
