El Molino de Bels es un molino de agua en Mander, aproximadamente a un kilómetro de Vasse. Este molino de rulo en el Mosbeek fue construido en 1725 como molino de papel. Hendrik Meyer fue el primer fabricante de papel. Cuando la fabricación de papel comenzó a generar cada vez menos ingresos, la viuda Meyer construyó después de 1845 un nuevo molino de agua en la otra orilla del Mosbeek. Este lo utilizó para moler achicoria, que se usaba como sustituto del café. En 1860, este molino fue transformado en molino de grano. El estanque del molino se construyó en 1874. En 1916, Jannes Bels compró los molinos. El paisaje de Overijssel es propietario desde 1958. En el lugar del antiguo molino de papel se levantó en 1962 la Casa de Té Molino Bels. En un edificio anexo hay una exposición sobre los molinos de Overijssel.
