El ayuntamiento del municipio groninguense de Winsum es una antigua vivienda de notario, que fue construida en 1911. El edificio fue diseñado por el arquitecto groninguense Gerrit Nijhuis. El contratista fue Cornelis de Ranitz, quien fue notario en Winsum de 1910 a 1947. Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, el edificio fue requisado por el ocupante alemán. En 1942 fue designado como ayuntamiento. El edificio está diseñado en el estilo del Renacimiento holandés. Cuenta con dos plantas, está construido en ladrillo marrón y tiene una torre en la esquina y frontones de escaleras. En 1995 se amplió en la parte posterior con un diseño de la oficina de arquitectura groninguense Karelse Van der Meer. El edificio es un monumento nacional.
